At Education Outdoors, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and fees.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been successfully received.
  • If there is a delay in processing your order due to high demand, inventory issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day processing).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders) are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Promotions or free shipping offers, when applicable, will be applied automatically at checkout.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations.

  • Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at customerservice@educationoutdoors.net.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please:

  1. Notify the carrier immediately to file a claim.
  2. Contact us at customerservice@educationoutdoors.net with your order number and details of the issue.

7. Address Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address.

8. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occur. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, including those caused by weather, strikes, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.
